Honestly, I do not work for Smart Weigh! They seem to be able to create wonderful milligram scales! This set is an excellent 2-in-1 scale for all of your culinary needs.
It has two sides. On one side, you have a maximum capacity of 10KG (that is BIG) and on the other is a smaller milligram scale with a maximum capacity of 300 grams. Sounds great! The only issue I have is the larger scale increments 1 gram at a time, which is a little too much for a kitchen scale.
